Can you drive across it? Is the whole sea frozen or just Kotzebue sound? Is that guy who drove across OK?
Looking at weather map of Alaska. A thin strip along the west coast is warmer than a bit inland, and further inland is even colder AND
It is colder today in New York than in Juneau!!
